RVs and coaches
An RV is two things bolted together. It is a vehicle, so it collects road film and insect residue like any other. And it is a building, so it has a roof, sealed joints, awnings, slide-outs and a kitchen. Almost everything that makes this work different comes from the second half.
That is also why it is measured rather than categorized. A thirty-foot Class C and a forty-five-foot coach are both "a motorhome", and they are not remotely the same amount of surface, height or time. We ask for the length, the type and a few photographs, and quote from those.
Clean the sides without cleaning the roof and the streaks come back with the next rain.
What we service

A sidewall is the easy part. Everything below is where an RV detail differs from a very large car wash.
Inside
Because that is what it is. Upholstery, hard flooring, a galley and a bathroom, each cleaned to its own material rather than as part of a wash.

Dinettes, sofas and captain seats extracted rather than wiped. Cabinetry, blinds and window surrounds done by hand.

Refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, sink and every cabinet face. Emptied by you, cleaned out by us.

Shower, vanity and toilet area cleaned to a standard you would accept in a house, which is not the standard a vehicle wash applies.

A soft patch of floor, a stain on a ceiling panel or a musty note on opening. Those are water findings, and covering them helps nobody.
Where it is stored
Access decides more about an RV appointment than anything except length. Worth checking before you book rather than on the morning.
The straightforward case. Room to walk the full perimeter, extend the slides and set ladders against the sides.

Both exist. A straightforward wash and interior on a unit in reasonable condition can be booked with the length entered during booking. Gelcoat restoration, roof work on a unit that has not been cleaned in years, and anything over about forty feet are quoted after photographs, because the difference between a good case and a bad one is too large for a category price to be honest about.
Yes, where it is safe to do so and where the ceiling height allows. It matters more than the sides: roof residue is what produces the black streaks, so cleaning the walls without the roof means they return with the next rain. We report on the condition of the sealant while we are up there, but resealing is a repair rather than part of a detail.
In most cases, yes. Oxidized gelcoat is compounded and polished back to sound material and then sealed. It is a substantial job rather than an add-on to a wash, and on a unit that has been compounded repeatedly over decades there may not be enough gelcoat left to work with — we will say so rather than take the job.
No. Our vans carry their own water and power. On a very large unit a site faucet is useful and shortens the appointment, but it is never a requirement.
Yes, if those are included. The top of a slide and the underside of an awning cannot be cleaned retracted, and cleaning a slide roof is as much about protecting the seal as about appearance.
Yes. Shuttle buses, school buses, coaches and conversions are all in this category, and operators running more than one are usually better served by a scheduled route than by separate bookings. That is quoted through our fleet process.
