Everything people ask us

10 questions, grouped by when you are likely to ask them.

Booking

Do I need to be there while you work?

No. Plenty of customers leave the keys or an unlocked vehicle and get on with their day. If you would rather be there for the walkaround at the end, tell us when you book and we will time it around you.

How far ahead can I book?

Appointments open 18 hours ahead and run up to 60 days out. If nothing suitable shows in the calendar, we are already committed for those windows.

Which areas do you cover?

We serve Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston. We confirm service availability by ZIP code rather than by city name, so enter yours in the booking flow and it will tell you right away. If we do not serve your address yet you can leave your email and we will let you know when we do.

On the day

Do you need my water and power?

The booking asks whether there is an outdoor faucet and an outdoor outlet near the vehicle, and we plan the visit around your answer. Tell us if there is neither and we will confirm what we can do before the appointment.

The work itself

How long does it take?

It depends on the vehicle and how the interior is doing. The booking flow shows the estimate for your exact vehicle and condition before you confirm, and we reserve the whole block so nobody is rushed.

My car is in rough shape. Is that a problem?

Not at all, but tell us honestly in the condition step. Heavy pet hair, set-in stains and sand all take real extra time, and pricing that time up front is what stops surprises on the day. If something is beyond normal cleaning — mold, or a spill that has soaked into the padding — we look at it first and quote it rather than guess.

Do you do ceramic coatings or paint correction?

Yes, but not from a price list. Both depend on the state of your paint, so we assess the vehicle in person and send a written quote before any work is booked.

Do you take fleets and business vehicles?

Yes, and they run on a separate track. Fleet work is scheduled as one route rather than one vehicle at a time, with consolidated invoicing and one point of contact. Request a fleet quote rather than using the single-vehicle booking.

Payment and changes

When am I charged?

No card is taken when you book. We invoice once the work is finished and you are happy with it. If something on site would change the price, we ask you first.

What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?

Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your arrival window. Inside that window we charge a $25 late change fee, because the day's route is already committed.

Questions we are not answering yet

A few things are still being settled: what we guarantee and whether we bring our own water and power. We would rather leave those questions off this page than answer them with a guess. Each one appears here the moment it is decided. Ask us directly in the meantime.
