A detailer finishing a dark sedan on a home driveway

No shop, no waiting, no surprises

Mobile detailing works when the logistics are boring. Here is all of it.

The shape of it

Three phases, and only the first needs you

Everything after the booking happens around your day rather than inside it.

Phase 01

You book it, in about two minutes

Six short screens, no phone call, no survey visit and no callback to discuss options. The price is settled before you confirm.

  • The ZIP decides whether we can come at all
  • Make, model and year set the class, and the class sets the price
  • Condition is your call, from four plain descriptions

Phase 02

We confirm a window we are really free for

The calendar offers windows against the capacity we actually have, with the whole job reserved behind it — not a slot that gets rearranged later.

  • You get your detailer and your window when it is confirmed
  • A message on the day when they are on the way
  • Nothing is offered that we cannot staff

Phase 03

We come to the vehicle

We work where it is already parked, in a fixed order, and walk it with you at the end if you are there.

  • Water, power and everything that goes on the car travels with us
  • A driveway, an apartment bay or an office lot is enough
  • Anything unexpected is priced and agreed before it is done

The booking

7 screens, in this order

Read from the live booking flow, so a step added to it appears here rather than leaving this page quietly describing the old one.

  1. Where the vehicle is

Your ZIP code first, because we confirm service availability ZIP by ZIP rather than by city name. If we do not serve your address yet, the flow says so immediately instead of letting you fill in five more screens.

  2. What you drive

Year, make, model and the body shape it belongs to. The shape decides how much surface there is to clean, so it matters more here than the badge on the grille.

  3. Who it is for

Name, email and a mobile number, asked before any figure is on the screen rather than after you have argued with one. No account is created and no password is set — it stays a guest booking, and the details are only how we reach you about this visit.

  4. Which detail

Interior, exterior, both, or the Signature — each showing the starting price for the vehicle you just entered, so the choice is made with the number in front of you.

  5. How it is really doing

Pet hair, spilled coffee, sand, a work truck. The step people are tempted to flatter themselves on, and the one that most decides whether we have enough time booked. Condition is priced as time, never as a vague surcharge at the end.

  6. When, and where exactly

You pick a 2-hour arrival window from what is genuinely open — the calendar only offers windows we are genuinely free for, with the whole job reserved behind it. Then the access notes: gate code, which bay, where the keys will be.

  7. Read it before you commit

Everything on one screen, itemized: the service, the condition time, each add-on and the total. Nothing is confirmed until you have seen that page.

On the vehicle

The order of work never changes

Detailing goes wrong in the sequence more often than in the products. This is the order we work in, on every vehicle, in every area we serve.

  1. Wheels and arches

First, with their own buckets and their own tools. Brake dust on a wash mitt is how swirl marks get put into paint.

  2. Decontaminate

Pre-rinse, foam, then a two-bucket contact wash. Clay only where the paint needs it, which is not every visit.

  3. Paint and glass

Dried by hand with plush towels rather than left to spot, then sealed so the finish stays even across every panel.

  4. Interior, last

Always last. A wash throws water and grit at jambs, sills and panel gaps, so cleaning the inside first means cleaning it twice.

On the day

The van arrives self-contained

You are not asked for an outdoor faucet, an extension cord, or a parking space nobody agreed. Everything the work needs travels with us.

  • Everything that goes on the car travels with us
  • The work happens where the vehicle is already parked
  • Insured, background-checked detailers in Detail Gents uniform

What we will ask you

  • Whether there is an outdoor faucet we can use
  • Whether there is an outdoor outlet we can use

Afterwards

What happens after we leave

A final check before we pack up

If you are there, we walk the vehicle with you. If you are not, it goes back where we found it and the job is confirmed finished.

Payment

No card is taken when you book. We invoice once the work is finished.

Anything not right

Tell us and we come back. A detail you have to re-do yourself was not finished, whatever the invoice says.

Questions

About the day itself

Do I need to be there while you work?

No. Plenty of customers leave the keys or an unlocked vehicle and get on with their day. If you would rather be there for the walkaround at the end, tell us when you book and we will time it around you.

How far ahead can I book?

Appointments open 18 hours ahead and run up to 60 days out. If nothing suitable shows in the calendar, we are already committed for those windows.

Which areas do you cover?

We serve Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston. We confirm service availability by ZIP code rather than by city name, so enter yours in the booking flow and it will tell you right away. If we do not serve your address yet you can leave your email and we will let you know when we do.

Do you need my water and power?

The booking asks whether there is an outdoor faucet and an outdoor outlet near the vehicle, and we plan the visit around your answer. Tell us if there is neither and we will confirm what we can do before the appointment.

When am I charged?

No card is taken when you book. We invoice once the work is finished and you are happy with it. If something on site would change the price, we ask you first.

What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?

Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your arrival window. Inside that window we charge a $25 late change fee, because the day's route is already committed.
