A statement is worth exactly as much as its honesty about what has not been tested, so this comes first rather than after a list of things we do well.

What is built
None of it needs to be taken on trust
Each row carries the one move that tests it, where a single move is enough. Two have none, because no single gesture settles them and inventing one would be worse.
Keyboard
Every step of the booking can be completed without a mouse. Vehicle, service, condition and time choices are real radio buttons and checkboxes, so arrow keys, space and tab behave the way you expect. A skip link at the top of every page goes straight to the main content.

Focus
Whatever has keyboard focus carries a visible gold ring, including on dark sections, where the ring is lifted to stay visible against charcoal.

Screen readers
Every control has a label. Vehicle drawings carry a text description of what they show. Step changes, validation errors and price updates are announced rather than appearing silently.

Errors
A validation message appears next to the field it belongs to and is linked to it, instead of being collected into a banner at the top of the page.

Motion
If your device is set to reduce motion, transitions and the confirmation animation are switched off, including their delays. Nothing in the flow depends on an animation to make sense.

Contrast
Body text is charcoal on white or white on charcoal. Gold is used for selection, highlights and buttons that carry dark text — never as small text on a light background, where it would not pass.
No single gesture settles this one, so there is no test printed against it.
Zoom and reflow
Pages are built to reflow rather than scroll sideways. Where content genuinely cannot shrink — a price table — it scrolls inside its own box instead of pushing the page out.

The comparison slider
The before-and-after slider is a range input underneath, so it can be operated with arrow keys as well as by dragging, and it reports its position aloud.

What is missing
The gaps, named
Leaving these out would make the section above mean less than it does.
- No external audit against WCAG 2.2 AA has been carried out.
- The booking flow has not been verified end to end with VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack.
- Automated checks are not yet part of the release process.
